This week has seen our first site visit for an exciting new project for an existing client in Trafford Park… more info to follow in a few weeks.

Our TecCre8 Team have begun work on site  this week for a brand new client BSOW,  who are relocating into larger premises approximately 10 miles from their current base.

They have purchased their new building and have exciting plans for its refurbishment.

Following our first site meeting along with the client at their new site, Im extremely pleased  to inform you that we have received  a glowing report for our progress so far…. which is always a pleasure to hear.  Please see our “work in progress” photos.

Wishing you all well.

We have increased our wonderful TecCre8 Team this week, having welcomed Stephen Gill into the fold as a Project Manager. Stephen has been visiting our current sites this week  to get a real feel for our clients requirements and the spaces we endeavour to create for them.

Part of our TecCre8 Team have been working with our client Premier Builders this week on a project in Middlesbrough, where we are converting 3 Units for them.

Transforming tired Units into bright and inviting work spaces ready to be rented out.

A testament to our workmanship and design is that all 3 of them have happy new tenants moving in next week.

Happy Days….Enjoy the rest of your week

Part of the TecCre8 Team spent last week in Bonnie Scotland completing brand new flooring for two Dulux Decorator Centres, one in Paisley, the other in Airdrie.

We installed a new flooring product that we have been looking forward to trialling and the results did not disappoint.

We ended the week getting green fingered at the weekend by completing a clients outside green space by installing Veg Trugs. So that come Spring 2021,  their staff can plant some fragrant herbs to enhance their fabulous new urban garden, or maybe grow their own produce of vegetables  to take home,  or to be served for lunch.

Dulux Decorator Centre chose to reduce their car park ever so slightly in order to create this secluded courtyard , to one side is the office building, mature shrubs to two sides and on the fourth side we have constructed a contemporary venetian fence with matching gate for access. Underfoot we installed a premium artificial grass.

To assist with Covid 19 guidelines, the outside space can be used for brainstorming sessions and planning meetings,  aswell as  for staff break times.

We enjoy designing & creating spaces our clients can really embace –

A real   ~ ”Feel Good Factor”

Enjoy the rest of your week!
